At the inspection dated July 14, 2021, staff to child ratio's were met for each of the programs. Qualifications and First Aid certification is current and posted. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of the Routine inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
The following was discussed:
• A review of staff files for staff present at today's inspection noted some inconsistency in how evidence of reference checks is indicated. Although, references are on file, it is suggested that where typed written references are provided, that the Licensee indicate how the reference information was verified. For example, a notation to indicate the date the reference was called and result.
