- Hand sinks equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All coolers (walk in, display, beverage) at 4C or below
- 2 door freezer below -18 degree c
- Cl sanitizer available. Too strong. Mix 2 ml bleach per litre of water.
- Meat band saw cleaned and sanitized after each use
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No pests noted during inspection.
