- Temperature logs available. Ensure logs are maintained up to date
- Food storage is on shelving and foods are protected
- Dish washer reaches 73C at the plates
- Bleach available. Diluted at the time of inspection to 200ppm. Ensure cleaning cloths are held in bleach buckets when not in use.
