General sanitation is satisfactory. No signs of pest at the time of inspection. Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm in buckets in use. Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and warm running water. Coffee cooler at 3.0C milk. Ice machine with dedicated scoop is sanitary. Display 1 cooler at 3C yogurt. Display cooler 2 at 2C pop. Soup well holding unit currently not in use. Temperature monitoring and logs in use. Valid Permit now posted in visible location.
