-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle. Ensure to relabel the bottle as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Meat grinder/cutter washed/sanitized regularly throughout operation on a daily basis.
-Dishwashing sink equipped properly. Washroom satisfactory.
-Receipts kept on site for review.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.

Facility maintained in sanitary condition.

NOTE: Currently operating as FO but keeping the permit for future. OK.
