-All handwashing stations in kitchen and coffee areas area supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. -All coolers - two undercounter coolers, upright storage cooler, drawer cooler and display cooler are all maintained at less than 4C. -Freezers - upright glass freezer on store side and under counter at less than -18C. -Hot holding unit for soups not in use at the time of inspection. -Sanitizer solution in spray bottle and at dispenser is measured at 200ppm quats solution. -High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at dish level. -Food storage practices are satisfactory. -No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection. -General sanitation is satisfactory. -Foodsafe verified - Note - Operator wants to add display cooler at front and expand baked items.
