Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected with mouse droppings. Leave bottom shelves of racks empty.

Note: Kitchen not in operation at time of inspection, and is rarely used. Only used about once a month for making parshad.
- Dishwasher not in use.

- Sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Cooler measured to be below 4C
- Freezers measured to be below -18C
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Dry storage areas organized, all food storage protected. **Cleaning of mouse droppings under shelves and in corners required.
- Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces. When kitchen is in use, ensure a 100 ppm to 200 ppm bleach solution is available for use. Mix 1 tsp bleach with 1 litre of water, or 1 oz bleach with 1 gallon of water.
- Ensure large pots washed in pot sink on ground are also sanitized with 200 ppm bleach solution as the last step, and left to air dry. Do not store pots on floor after they have been washed and sanitized.
