The boxes have the supplier information (for product recalls), best before dates (for product recalls and FIFO), nutritional information (for potential allergens) as well as keeping the Food items protected from contamination. Ensure all staff are made aware that frozen bulk food items that come from the supplier in bags inside cardboard boxes should remain inside these boxes for the reasons outlined above.
