Follow-up inspection conducted. -Prep cooler is now maintaining foods at or below 4C. -Ice machine has been cleaned. -Corner counter with various syrups still had food build-up. Staff began cleaning at time of follow-up. Ensure spills are immediately cleaned up to minimize potential pest activity. -Report printed and reviewed with staff on-site.
