Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found ice scoop siting in a container with a plastic back in the bottom and mildew/mold growing on the sides.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoop holder has holes on the bottom to allow water to drain away preventing mold growth.
Scoop should be cleaned on a regular basis.

Observation: 1. Dry storage room had accumulation of floor, sugar, etc on he shelves and floor.
2. Build up of grease and food noted under cooking line.
3. Ceiling and vent over Meat/cheese slicer has dust build up.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Increase cleaning in the dry storage area and immediately clean up an spills.
2. Heavy and thorough cleaning is required throughout the cook and prep areas
