Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Back of the house handsink has hot+cold water and paper towels but no liquid soap. The automatic soap dispense is not working which was identified in the last routine inspection. Staff previously explained that minimal food prep occurs and that handwashing is done at the front handsink.
Correction: All dedicated handsinks must be readily available for handwashing at all times. Place a pump-style soap dispenser by the sink to provide liquid soap.

> Back handsink is now supplied with a pump-style soap dispenser.
> Low temperature dishwasher able to achieve 50-100ppm chlorine for sanitizing.
> All equipment and utensils were sanitized again in dishwasher.
