Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations all adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at required temperature of -18'C.
- Thermometers available in each unit.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved the minimum chlorine concentration at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine available in buckets to hold wiping cloths for each area.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
- Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Professional pest control company contracted.

NOTE: Discussed with the operator re: storing vege/fruit pickles at room temperature. pH tested using the test strips but did not show accurate results due to oil and other ingredients mixed with the product. Pictures of the packaging taken at this time. Health inspector to get back to the operator with more information.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time.
