Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple cases of dairy products (milk, creamer, and chocolate milk) in the walk-in cooler were noted to have an internal temperature of 11-16C. Operator indicated that the water was shut off to the facility during emergency maintenance and turned off the cooler unit (water cooled)
Corrective Action(s): Technician on site and cooler was going down in temperature. All dairy products discarded.
Ensure that all potentially hazardous food products are kept <4C at all times.

=2 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method
