- Refrigeration equipment in use are operating at acceptable temperatures (≤4 deg C):

- Single Door Glass Cooler (front service area): 4 deg C
- Freezers are maintaining product in a frozen state:
- Large Chest Freezer: -23 deg C
- Small Chest Freezer: - 19 deg C
- Upright Freezer: -15 deg C
- Food storage practices appears satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution.
- 3-Compartment Sink has drain plugs and hot and cold water to facilitate manual warewashing and sanitizing.
- General sanitation of premises (unless otherwise mentioned) appears satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Monthly pest control services provided by Orkin.
