This inspection done by EHO student.

Temperatures:
- 2-door prep cooler: 2 deg.C
- There was a bucket of tomato sauce inside cooler that measured 10 deg.C (surface temperature). Operator confirmed sauce is moved in and out of cooler when preparing pizzas throughout the day.
- Small refrigerator unit: 2 deg.C
- Hot-holding unit for pizzas: 53 deg.C
- Operator holds pizzas in unit for 0.5hrs before discarding.
- Chest freezer: -18 deg.C
- Walk-in cooler: 2 deg.C


General Comments:
- Handwashing sinks have hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- No signs of pests
- Bleach chlorine sanitizer solution: 100ppm.
- Overall sanitation of premises is good.
- Beverage cooler temperature measured at 7 deg.C (contains no PHFs)
- Door handle has been fixed (per previous inspection)
- General food storage is satisfactory.
- Chemicals are stored in a safe manner and separated from food area.
- Discussed COVID-19 Safety plan with operator.
