Store fruit cups on ice- corrected during inspection (fruit temperature ok during inspection).

Notes:
Commercial dishwasher- final rinse temperature was satisfactory.
Coolers satisfactory (temp <4C/40F).
Hot holding (burgers, gravy...etc) satisfactory (>60C/140F).
Handwashing station has hot water, liquid soap, paper towels.
No raw eggs. Keep daily temperature records/follow foodsafety plan.
Quats sanitizer is automatically dispensed and used on food contact surfaces and used to sanitize wiping cloths.
Staff have FoodSafe- keep copies onsite.
Pest monitoring in place 2x per month during season and once per month during off season.
