-gravy being heated in pot on element prior to being transferred into hot holding unit
*reminder: follow Sanitation Plan with regards to sweeping the floor at the end of the day
-no signs of ants in front pop/ice cream area
-staff on duty have FoodSafe Level 1, discussed expiration dates
