- Inspection conducted just before lunch service
- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in spray bottles
- Dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine residual remaining on dish surface level after rinse cycle - good
- All coolers were measured to be below 4C
- All freezers were measured to be at or below -18C
- Soup was being hot held at above 60C
- Other hot holding units were preheated and ready to hold hot food
- Food storage practices excellent - all food stored off the floor, properly covered
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in designated container
- General sanitation good
- All equipment maintained in excellent condition
- Pest control in place, no signs of pest activity noted
