Handwash sinks clear for use No overly large portions of tempura noted during the rush period No foods observed under sinks open bulk bags in rodent proof containers Paper towels not lining food contact surfaces Condenser vent in Walk-in cooler not leaking nor foods stored direcly under it Still a few foods like the soy sauce buckets stored on the ground in the corner -No food should be on the ground -placement should be >15cm off the ground on your shelves to facilitate cleaning -work at committing this for ALL foods
