Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handwashing sink next to the staff entrance observed to be clogged. Front handwashing sink near the drive-thru window lack paper towels and liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the front handwashing near the drive-thru winder to be well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Temporary use front handwashing sink near the drive-thru until the other front handwashing sink is serviced.

Observation: Underneath the front preparation cooler, underneath the shelving units in the walk-in freezer and cooler observed to have built-up of food debris and/or single-use wrapings. Observed foo debris build-up to be pushed along the edges of the wall where food debris observed to accumulate.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned areas. Do no push the food debris along the wall underneath the equipment. Equipment must be pulled out prior to cleaning. Corrected by: April 12, 2023.

Observation: Front handwashing sink near the staff front entrance observed to be clogged. Walk-in freezer measured at 4C air ambient tempearature.
Corrective Action(s): Service the aformentioned item. All handwashing sinks must be unclogged. Service the walk-in freezer to measure at -18C or lower. Corrected by: April 12, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Back handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71.6C final rinse temperature.
Prep cooler, display cooler, walk-in cooler, milk dispenser compartment, ice cap compartment measured at 4C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
No signs of pests observed.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Scoops observed to be stored outside.
