Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods are being reheated in the warmer rather than the microwave.
Corrective Action(s): Follow your FSP. Meats must be reheated to 74 degC in the microwave and THEN stored in the warmer above 60 degC. DO NOT USE the warmer to reheat foods/meats.

Observation: Rice spoons are still being stored in water. This is a recurring issue.
Corrective Action(s): This was mentioned in the previous inspection report. In-use utensils must be stored in ice, in water that's over 60 degC or in a clean, empty container. Business does not have an ice machine, so bagged ice must be kept onsite if you'd like to store spoons in ice.

Undercounter cooler (BOH) is at 4 degC (used for staff drinks only)
