-Double stacking of bowls observed in 2-door display in kitchen and Walk-in cooler
Corrective Action(s): -Maintain ice in the in-use utensils for the rice
-Do not double stack foods without a lid/barrier inbetween

NOTE: COVID-19 pandemic protocol lacking:
-No Safety Plan posted at the worksite
-No Sick Warning sign posted at the front door (provided a copy)
-No workers in the kitchen wearing a mask and do not live in the same household

Correct the above immediately

-The dining area still closed -take-out/delivery only

Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Orkin Pest Control comes in monthly -no activity as per last report -maintain their services -correct any deficiencies noted in the work reports
