Follow up inspection: -200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser and was available in the containers and spray bottle. -All dry ice cream toppings were stored inside containers with lids. -Hot running water was immediately accessible from the handsink near the mop sink. -Faucet of the mop sink was repaired and was not leaking. The following requires your attention: Make sure QUATS test strips are available on-site to check the concentration of the QUATS sanitizer; Correct within 2 weeks. Contact the district Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection once you obtained QUATS test strips.
