2-door stand up freezer: -6oC (reduce to lower at -18oC)

Liquid handsoap and paper towel are present at all handwashing stations
General sanitation is satisfactory
Ice machine appears in sanitary condition, and scoop is stored outside
No signs of pests at time of visit
Dishwasher final rinse reaches 73.5oC on plate, as per min-max thermometer
Sanitizer bucket is noted in facility and at least 200ppm Quats is noted

Note:
1. Ensure sink outside of staff washroom is a mop sink.
2. Facility has been preparing foods and transporting foods to stores in BCIT since pandemic, and facility is not serving food for immediate consumption. Operator would like to keep the health permit in case facility decides to serve food again.
