Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both handsoap dispensers were empty in the back kitchen. One handsink did not have single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s):
- 2 handsinks' soap dispensers were refilled at the time of inspection. Staff brought a new roll of paper towel for the one handsink. Ensure all handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single use disposable paper towels at all times.

Drink station hand sink is fully equipped.
Washroom hand sinks are fully equipped.
All coolers at 4C or below.
All freezers at -18C or below except the prep table freezer which was measured at -5C; lower the temperature as needed as -18C is the ideal temperature to hold frozen items.
Hot held rice at 60C or above.
High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinsing cycle.
Bleach sanitizers available in spray bottles measured at 100ppm - 200ppm.
Overall sanitation is good. Ensure to clean the rubber seals of the stand up freezers in the back kitchen.
Ice machine in sanitary condition with scoop being stored outside in a designated holder.
Meat slicer in sanitary condition.
Weekly service by Terminix Pest Control as per the operator - no obvious signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
