Met with GM, Morgan and she explained the following: - open from March to September ( check with billing ) - less than 50 seats - confirmed no added new food items or changes on the floor plan - FS level 1 certified ( supervisory positions/ at least one person per shift ) = daily temperature logs up to date ( cold and hot holding ) - Bleach used as approved sanitizer - 3 compartment sink test strips availabe
