Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (bleach) measured 100 ppm. Freezers were at -18 C. Dipper well was in good working order. No product yet at time of inspection. Temperature log sheets available and will be used once product is available. Operator has FoodSafe 1 training. ensure other staff has FoodSafe 1 to ensure proper coverage. New decal for Health permit received. Opening date: May long weekend. Approval to operate for the season granted. 1. Spray bottle for sanitizer was missing labels. Ensure to provide labels.
