Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle labelled "bleach" contained a unknown yellow solution. Test strip measured 0 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Discard this solution and prepare bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm. Ensure 1/2 teaspoon of unscented household bleach is used per 1L water.

- Coolers (stand-up, prep) at < or = 4C
- Freezers (stand-up, chest) at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure they are capable of maintaining foods at 60C or greater.
- Low temperature dishwasher is available. 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer detected.
- Household bleach is available for preparing sanitizer
- Temperature monitoring system is in place
- Dry storage area is maintained
- Premise is well lit
- No signs of pests observed during inspection. Biopest provides pest control services monthly. Reports will be sent to the health inspector.
