Comments

-Efforts have been made to clean up the dry storage areas, dishwashing areas and potato storage room. Good.
-Dry storage areas and back dishwashing areas have been organized.
-Undercabinet spaces have been enclosed with painted wooden sheets.
-Significant decline noticed in the number or mice droppings in these areas. However, the floor in potato storage room
is not easy-to-clean ( made of rough wood).

Mice droppings still noticed in the bar, behind the deep freezers in the hallway, behind the two door cooler and
on floor near the back entrance.

Following items must be addressed in 10 days.
1. Thorough cleaning required in all of the affected areas ( pressure washing, if possible) to remove
food spills and debris etc.
2. Disinfect all of the surfaces using 1:20 bleach solution using a mop.
3. Ensure that no food/water and harborage is accessible to mice.
4. Clean the excess diatomaceous earth from the countertop located in the front servery.

ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS, BEVERAGE BOTTLES, EQUIPMENT, FOOD BOXES AND OTHER ARTICLES ARE STORED
OFF THE FLOOR TO ASSIST WITH CLEANING EFFORTS AND IDENTIFYING PEST ISSUES.

Your prompt and continuous attention is required to improve sanitation and removing unnecessary items to assist with rodent control efforts.
