Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water throughout.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
-Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Records kept up to date.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
NOTE: Ensure staff waits until the wash temperature reaches 65'C and rinse temperature reaches 82'C at the display before running the first load.
-200ppm Quats available in labelled buckets to hold wiping cloths throughout.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Dipper wells functional. Servery area satisfactory.
-General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
