- Walk-in cooler at 4 degrees C or less (shared with deli)
- Walk-in freezer at -17 degrees C (shared with deli)
- Under counter cooler at 4 degrees C or less
- Hot holding temperatures above 60 degrees C/temperature and discard log maintained
- Raw and ready-to-eat foods well organized
- Hand sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- High temperature dishwasher was measured at 75 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse
- Three compartment sink equipped with built in drain plugs
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in labeled spray bottles
- No signs of pest activity
- General sanitation satisfactory
