Follow up inspection conducted to verify that violations observed at routine inspection have been corrected. Corrective actions taken: - Food is now stored in a manner to prevent contamination. Raw eggs stored on lower shelf of cooler (ie. beneath ready to eat items), bags of dry goods are sealed, no food products stored in open tins. - Cabinet under handsink has been cleaned. Food preparation area has been cleaned/organized. - Foodsafe requirement met at time of the inspection. Operator present and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Three additional staff have completed Foodsafe level 1 since previous inspection to ensure coverage in Operator's absence.
