Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer available in the back meat cutting area. Bleach sanitizing spray bottle was located in the washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer must be available in each food preparation area to allow for proper sanitizing of equipment and food contact surfaces. Equipment and food contact surfaces must be sanitized every 2 hours, when in constant use. Bleach spray bottle was relocated to the meat cutting room at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Package of seal meat was in a bus pan in the mop sink.
2) Box of fish was stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1) No foods items are to be stored in a mop sink basin. Basin is considered a dirty area. Food item was relocated at the time of inspection.
2) Ensure all food is stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.

Observation: Rodent droppings (black and green) were observed in the back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Facility must be free of pests. Clean and sanitize affected areas with a 1:10 bleach solution and monitor for continued activity. If pest activity persists, professional pest control services may be required.

Observation: 1) 2-compartment sink is leaking water (bottom side)
2) 2-compartment sink faucet is leaking water.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Service 2-compartment sink and ensure it is able to hold water to allow for proper sanitizing of equipment. Rate of water loss is approximately 1cm in 10 minutes. Sink is able to maintain sufficient sanitizer levels to allow for proper contact time with equipment and utensils.
2) Service tap and ensure all equipment is in good working order.

-3 display coolers were at 4C or less.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Cooked chicken is made in the afternoons. Individual with FoodSafe Level 1 present during cooking of chicken.
-Chicken rotissarie is cleaned and the end of the night.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
*Facility currently selling food items packaged at another location. Food items require the following information on the labels: name of product, ingredients, contact name and phone number for facility, and packed on date.
