Observation: No sanitizer available for washing knives, trays..etc. The three compartment sink is dirty and does not appear to have been used
Correction: Purchase sanitizer. Wash and sanitize all food contact surfaces.

Observation: No paper towel or soap available at the three compartment sink. No paper towel available in the washroom.

Keep premises clean and tidy, and that soap, paper towel and sanitizers are always available.
Remove cigarette butts from bottom of loading bay door. Smoking is not permitted in the warehouse.
