Storage - available. All food items stored off the floor. (Note: The office dedicated for the storage space/shelves - available.)
All equipment stored in a sanitary manner.

No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
A big 3-compartment sink for dishwashing is installed; and it is satisfactory.
