On Follow-Up: -Cleaning issues have been addressed. -The leaky pipe under the dump sink has been fixed. -Books have been removed from under the ice machine and replaced with wood/metal -Prep cooler temperature's at 3 degC -Utensils are being stored in ice water. The ice scoop is stored in a clean container. -The hand sinks in the mens and womens washrooms are fully equipped.
