Handsinks were adequately supplied. Pizza prep. cooler, dough cooler, drinks cooler, and walk-in-cooler were at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F). Upright freezer was at or below -18 degrees C (0 degrees F). Three probe thermometers in working order were available on-site. Food is cooked to at least 170 degrees F (at or above 165 degrees F) based on the temperature record sheets. Temperature records were available. Food was covered in storage areas. 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside the spray bottles. Sanitizer arrives pre-mixed and set at 200 ppm QUATS from the GFS according to staff.
