General sanitation is very good. Coolers at 4 C; Food and utensils stored safely (covered, off the floor) at time of inspection. Food storage is well organized. Hand-washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle at 100 ppm of Chlorine. Ice machine and pop dispensers in sanitary condition. Scoops stored safely at time of inspection. No evidence of pest activity;
