Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Build up of grime around the dispenser head of the smoothie mixer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the unit is clean and sanitizer in accordance with the instructions in the Sanitation Plan.

Observation: Small flies noted in the kitchen area and the women's washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Follow up with pest control to find the source(s) of the flies and clean/treat as necessary.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lid to the grease recycling bin was left ajar with grease covering the outside. A pool of spilled grease was also noted next to the bin.
Corrective Action(s): Put the cover back on the bin. Remove spilled grease on the ground and the outside of the container. Keep this area which is close to the back door clean to avoid attracting rats and mice.

More thorough cleaning is needed under equipment and shelving to remove debris in hard to reach areas.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
Temperature of hot and cold holding equipment are satisfactory.
Sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher rinse water.
Quats sanitizer is available.
Wiping cloths are single use then soaked and machine washed after.
Temperature check are recorded.
Checked the cooking temperature of the quarter pounder pounder patties during the inspection. It was found to be satisfactory ( above 74C/165F).
