**Make sure staff are advised to prime the main Quats sanitizer feed PRIOR to filling sink and sani-buckets and that it measures 200 ppm. Good that there is daily auditing of solution coming out of main feed. - Possible ice machine incoming - make sure to include cleaning schedule in sanitation plan. - Possible dishwasher incoming - Good idea. Make sure it's commercial. General sanitation is good. Organization is good. Cooling and hot holding temps are good.
