Follow up inspection of main kitchen. - Commercial dishwasher was serviced on March 24, 2023 as per Manager. Today, chlorine sanitizer concentration was 50-100ppm measured on the plate surface after the final rinse cycle - good. - Chlorine test strips are available. - Labels for spray bottles have been ordered. - New ceiling tiles available and scheduled to be installed. - Bistro cleaned as per Manager.
