Corrective Action(s): Clean floors thoroughly in the produce area to remove food debris and grime build. Ensure to move all metal racks and clean underneath.

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (spray bottle).
Produce walk-in cooler was at 4 deg C.
All produce items were stored off the floor.
High temp dishwasher for bulk dept reached 72.2 deg C at plate surface.
-Maintenance of this equipment is required. Cover for the gauges were not installed properly.
Water dispensing area - appears to be clean and sanitized.
Bulk food area - some containers/dispenser require to be cleaned (ensure to follow your cleaning schedule and rotations.
