Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Bleach sanitizer measured at 25 ppm chlorine concentration.
2) 1 wiping cloth stored on the table. These need to be stored in chlorine sanitizer.
3) Ice cream scoop stored in a container with dirty items such as a tooth brush.
4) Cooler bin used to store ice was not cleaned prior to filling with ice. Discard ice product.
5) Stir sticks are stored in a standing cup of water. This practice is not allowed.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure 100ppm chlorine sanitize is achieved at all times in the chlorine solution.
2) Store wiping cloths in sanitizer solution.
3) Clean ice cream scoop and store in a sanitary manner.
4) Discard ice as the cooler bin was not cleaned prior to filling it with ice.
5) Clean stir sticks and store in ice.
