-Follow-up inspection to January 18, 2024. -Operator stated the baked walnut and date pastries were made at home and they are sold on request. -Operator stated the food items without labels and stored in non-tamper resistant packaging was provided by UR Restaurant. Operator provided an online advertisement and was unable to provide any invoices or bill of sale by the supplier. -All food items must be from approved sources. Invoices are required to verify the food items are from approved sources. -Operator voluntarily discarded the food items without labels from unknown sources. -Public Health Act Correction Order has been rescinded. -Signature not required.
