Pizza making area is much cleaner, boxes are no longer stored on top of chest freezer or prep table. 3 compartment sink area in the back room is also much more organized and there are no dirty items/old gloves around the dishwashing area. Ensure to maintain this level of sanitation at all times and continue to organize/clean these areas. Thank you for the corrections
