Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Noted a growth of mildew inside of the ice machine located at the front bar
2. A dough mixer in the dimsum station was not cleaned after each use.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and disinfect the ice machine. Ensure to clean the ice machine at least every month.
2. Clean the dough mixer after each use.
