Follow up inspection:
2 door prep cooler requires repair. Small volumes of higher risk foods are being kept on ice in this cooler (food temperature 4 C). Other coolers are available for long term food storage.
Walk in cooler - food temperature is at 4 C/40F.
***Keep daily temperature records for all coolers. Store all higher risk (PHF) foods at 4 C/40 F or colder.
*** Provide copy of your written food safety and sanitation plans and cleaning schedule to Fraser Health.
Produce - produce is washed on site if not pre-washed. Always check label/supplier information.
