2-compartment sink in dishwashing area available for manual warewashing.
Low temperature dishwasher noted 100ppm chlorine at the plate after final rinse cycle.
High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level.
Coolers (3 walk-in units, 2 prep units - upper and lower components, 2 standing units) noted at 4C or below.
Freezers (walk-in, standing unit) noted at -18C or below.
Handwashing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
Sanitizer buckets noted 100ppm chlorine.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Pest company changed and contracted monthly
Prep cooler (upper component) in service area noted at 4C or below.
Washrooms for patrons noted in sanitary condition and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
