Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Ensure that facility's Sanitation Plan are reviewed and followed on sanitation of deli section. Violation Score: 3

Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs sanitizer bottles and dispensers measured at 200ppm. Two 3-compartment sinks available for vegetable washing and ware washing. One prep cooler, walk-in cooler, display case cooler measured at 4C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements. No signs of pests observed. Bi-weekly pest control contracted. LAst pest report (Nov 10, 2022) indicate mild fly activity which was addressed by pest control company. NOTE: 2 undercounter coolers observed to be not in order. Replacement order has been put in by the store. Overall, facility is well organized.
