Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- House made tofu was being steamed in a single use plastic container.
Corrective Action(s):
- Do not cook using plastic containers as this could release harmful chemicals into the food. Use metal or glass cookware.

Observation:
- Clutter observed near the cashier area where pop cans and various containers are stored.
- Dry wall with insulating material placed next to the deep fryer has grease splatters/debris.
Corrective Action(s):
- Organize the area and facilitate deep cleaning after taking out all items from shelving units. Discard old cardboards or containers not in use.
- Remove the dry wall. Operator is unsure of the intent of the dry wall next to the deep fryer - assuming that it acts as a heat barrier. This material cannot be properly cleaned. Operator can replace to a shield that can be easily cleaned (non-porous, smooth, water-resistant).

- 2 compartment sink plus an extra sink available for manual dishwashing. 3rd sink was filled with 100ppm chlorine at the time of inspection - Good.
